About the Event
12:00 (noon) - Food team and volunteers will serve kids, staff, and volunteers lunch.
4:30 - The buses will leave BHS - please make sure your band student arrives to the band room that morning with all the pieces and parts of a freshly dry-cleaned band uniform and compression undergarments. Make special care to remember long black socks. Lacey Batey gave out almost all of the emergency black socks at Wilco. That said, the uniform closet is always happy to accept donations of black socks. ;-)
5:00ish - Off-site food team will serve kids, staff, and volunteers dinner sometime between arrival and warm-ups.
6:55 - BHS will warm up at designated warmup area
7:25 - props, pit equipment, and band will move from the warm-up area to the Stadium.
8:00 - Performance!!
8:30 - Summitt performs in exhibition
8:45 - Award Ceremony

T-shirts that are pre-ordered will be available at the merchandise tent on the day of the event.
