Purchase a One Year OR recurring annual subscription (5 installations/year) for a single address.  You may purchase multiple flags for same address. 

Band members will install a 3x5 foot American Flag on an 8 ft. pole in your yard, dawn to dusk, on each of the five National holidays: Memorial Day (May), Flag Day (June 14), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (Sept), Veterans Day (Nov 11).

HINT: If paying by check, choose "One-time purchase" then follow the Checkout process, ignoring the Paypal buttons. On the final screen, there is a "Manual Payment" option which explains where to send your check.
