For an annual price of $60, Brentwood High School band members will install a 3×5 foot American Flag on an 8 ft. pole in your yard, morning to evening. When you subscribe, your service will begin on the next flag holiday and continue until you receive five flag installations, i.e. 1 year. You must live in the Brentwood High school zone. All money raised goes to the Brentwood High School Band Boosters to support music education at Brentwood HS.

What if I purchase the U.S. Flag Service mid year?
Your service will start on the next flag holiday and continue until you receive five flag installations. Subscriptions purchased less than 7 days of a flag holiday will begin the next upcoming holiday to allow time for processing, payment confirmation and installation route scheduling. Your support and understanding is greatly appreciated.

How do I renew the service for another year?
If you placed a one-time purchase, we will send you an email to offer you the option to renew for another year. Please return to this site and re-order online. You may pay using a credit card through PayPal or mail a check to Brentwood Band Boosters Flag Service, 5304 Murray Lane, Brentwood, TN 37027.

If you purchased the auto-renewal subscription, you will receive an automatic renewal invoice one year following the purchase date. You may cancel your subscription by creating an account on the Brentwood Band website and visiting the subscriptions page. Please submit questions/issues through our contact form.

Can I purchase a partial year subscription?
No. We only sell full-year subscriptions for $60. You may purchase more than one flag for your address.

When will the price change affect me?

Where do I mail a check payment?
If you chose the 'manual payment' option while submitting your order online through the shopping process, please mail a check within 5 days of your order. Please put in the notes section of the check: "For flag subscription"

How do I confirm if my address is within the Brentwood High School zone?
You can check your address at the Williamson County Schools bus route/school zone info finder website. Click here. Or view a map of the school zone.

How will the flag be mounted in my yard?
We will drive a 4 ft. steel rebar approximately 6 inches into your lawn, approximately 2 feet back from the curb. We then place the flagpole onto the rebar. This creates a firm base that is durable for one day, and that can easily be removed with minimal impact to your lawn.

Can I choose where the flag is placed in my yard?
We will try to place your flag in line with your front door, approximately 2 feet back from the curb. If you would prefer a different specific location please indicate this on your order form. If you have irrigation or an electric pet fence that will be affected at 2 feet back from the curb, please indicate this on your order form.

What if there is no flag in my yard on the expected holiday?
Occasionally a yard will get missed. Just visit this website, click here to submit a contact form and we will try to resolve the issue. If we are unable to address the issue on the holiday, we will extend your subscription by one flag holiday to ensure you receive a total of five holidays.
